Blue Butterfly Pea Flowers - Loose Herbal Tea

Description

These gorgeous blue flowers are grown in Thailand and are full of antioxidants (anthocyanin). Adding a few drops of lime juice to the tisane will turn the blue into a beautiful purple.

How to enjoy this tea

Steep 2tsp per cup for 4-6 mins in 95-100° C water.  Do not add milk.
